Intelligence knows name of Russian who has beheaded Ukrainian prisoner of war - Ukraine's Intelligence Chief Budanov
The head of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, said that the Ukrainian special services know the name of the Russian who cut off the head of a Ukrainian soldier
He said this in an interview with Radio NV.
"We know who he is," Budanov answered journalists' questions.
Despite this, the intelligence chief did not inform where the criminal is now, but noted that most perpetrators of similar crimes have already died. Budanov expressed the opinion that the same fate awaits this offender.
"But returning to the first part of your question: where is he and why am I telling you that I cannot answer you. There is a slightly different statistic that somehow it happened that almost all of those who did such things, where it was clearly known to us, no longer exist. So I don't think this person will be an exception," he said.
