Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov has commented on the video of the Ukrainian POW's execution by the Russian military and said that it needs to be verified
Russian propaganda media reported this.
“Of course, these are horrific images, but first we need to check their authenticity,” the statement said.
He noted that this video should be checked to see if there was such a precedent, and if so, where the events took place and who was responsible.
