In the Sumy region in one of the villages found chemical weapons that the Russians left - mayor of Trostyanets

Mayor of Trostyanets Yuriy Bova said this on the air of Ukrainian Radio, Ukrinform reports.

"We found the remnants of chemical weapons in the village of Belka - these are sarin and other substances. Ampoules were found. Now the Security Service of Ukraine is engaged with this", he said.

He also noted that when the invaders were in Trostyanets, they set up a lot of their banners, a lot of cemeteries, forest plantations, park areas, and mined administrative buildings.

In Trostyanets, two groups work on demining every day: one from the State Emergency Service, the other from the military.
