He notes yesterday, March 9, UNHRC informed leading international donors that the number of refugees from Ukraine had exceeded 2,2 million already.
Also the representative of the UN expressed his concern that their number can rise to 4 million during the next few days.
“These are unprecedented movements of people in Europe or perhaps somewhere else in the world,” said the representative of the UN Human Rights Council.
