This was reported by the ex-head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Oleksiy Kuleba on his Telegram channel.

In addition, Kuleba showed a video of houses destroyed by invader shelling opposite the House of Culture in the center of Borodyanka.

Rescuers are on the scene, he said.  There is a description and drawing up of acts on the damage caused.

It is planned to draw up an act for each destroyed building and record the total number of affected buildings.

Also, according to Kuleba, there is already confirmed information about the dead.

The first bodies were found under the rubble of houses. The exact number has not yet been established.

It is reported that by the end of the month it is planned to carry out the first part of the restoration work in Borodyanka, re-conduct communications and clean up the city.
