Russia shells civilians in Avdiivka who light stoves - city military administration
Vitaliy Barabash, head of the Avdiivka city military administration, said that after it became cold, residents heated their homes, while smoke was coming from the chimneys, and the Russian invaders fired with weapons after reconnaissance by drones
Barabash said this on Espreso TV.
"The stoves have already been lit, smoke is coming out of the chimneys. The enemy uses its drones flying over the city to record these locations, and then the guided bombs and artillery hit these locations with great precision. This indicates that civilians are being targeted," said the head of the military administration.
He claimed that as of this morning, 1461 people had been evacuated from the city. Only yesterday 15 civilians left Avdiivka.
"There are people registered for evacuation for today and tomorrow, and even for a couple of days ahead. Even those who have been waiting," added Barabash.
