This is said in a statement by IAEA Director General Mariano Grossi, Espresso.TV reports.
The IAEA stopped remotely receiving data from two nuclear power plants occupied by the Russians - Chernobyl and Zaporizhzhya.
Mariano Grossi expressed his concern about the sudden stoppage of such data to the IAEA headquarters in Vienna from these two sites, which contain large amounts of nuclear material in the form of spent or fresh nuclear fuel and other types of nuclear material. The reason for the failure in the transmission of data on guarantees could not be quickly determined.
The IAEA continues to receive relevant data from other nuclear facilities in Ukraine, including from three other nuclear power plants.
