This is reported on the brigade's Facebook page, reports Espreso.West.

"They say that this war is an artillery war. But that's not quite the case. There are our positions, from which Russian soldiers are only two to four hundred meters away. The distance is quite convenient for a Kalashnikov assault rifle. However, in such areas, you rarely hear an enviable firing range.

Russian soldiers are cowards and once again in broad daylight they do not risk sticking their heads out of the chance. Evil wakes up at night, and then the sound of artillery attacks is replaced by small arms.  Hunters react to this calmly - reliably fortified, they engage in battle only when the enemy shooters become completely unbearable. As a rule, after an apt answer, the other side falls silent. That's what happened that night as well," the fighters said.

Reference. The 71st detached hunting brigade is a unit born during the Great War. It was created immediately after the beginning of the large-scale intervention of Russian forces on our land. Since then, combat units of the brigade have been hunting Russian forces in the hottest areas of the front.
