Peter Szijjártó made the statement on his Facebook page.
"There is nothing new or strange to our position. We have been clear for years that until Ukraine restores the rights of the Hungarians of Transcarpathia, we will not agree to the convening of this body. We have not raised this issue since the beginning of the war and we do not intend to do so now," he wrote.
"We hope that peace will reign as soon as possible, and then this issue can be discussed again," he added.
