The Ukrainian military, following a tip-off from the SBU, struck at Russia's headquarters near Kherson when they were holding a meeting

The Babel reports the information, citing its own sources in the Ukraine’s Security Service.
The meeting was attended by Russian officers of the 24th motorized rifle regiment of the 70th motorized rifle division. Eight of them were killed and seven others were injured.
The SBU released footage which shows a precise HIMARS missile strike on the headquarters.
