"The Ukrainian drone Kozak Mamai is a continuation of the developments involving many Ukrainian manufacturers. It is the highest-speed object in the Black Sea. The Kozak Mamai drone can reach speeds of up to 110 km/h and is 6 meters long. A surveillance camera and satellite system are installed on top of the platform. We have not heard this name before, but we have already seen the results of this drone's activities. It was this drone that hit the Russian landing ship Olenegorsky Gornyak and the SIG tanker on August 5, 2023," explained Riabykh.

According to the military expert, it was the strikes by the Kozak Mamai drone on Russian ships that led to Russia's decision to move away from the Crimean coast.

"After the destruction of the Russian ships, the occupiers withdrew other ships from the waters of Sevastopol, removed them from the western coast of Crimea and thought that they would be safe in Novorossiysk Bay. We have already heard about their plans to develop a base in the temporarily occupied territory of Abkhazia. These are revolutionary events. We are likely to see further development in this area," emphasized Riabykh.
