Hamas says over 4,500 Palestinians killed in Gaza

It noted that since October 7, 4,651 Palestinians have been killed, 40% of whom were children. It is also known that over 14,245 people were injured, 70% of them children and women. 

At the same time, Health Ministry spokesperson Ashraf al-Qudra said that 266 Palestinians, including 117 children, were killed in Israeli strikes over the past day.

• The approximate number of hostages held by Hamas militants has increased to 212, according to the Israeli Defense Forces spokesman.
