Group of Ukrainian rescuers and paramedics arrive in Turkey
Ukraine's Deputy Interior Minister Mari Akopyan said that a group of Ukrainian rescuers and paramedics had arrived in Turkey to help with the earthquake relief efforts.

Akopyan tweeted the news.
"We will not turn its head away from the tragedy Turkey is going through, not even when Ukraine is the subject of a full fledged invasion. 87 rescuers, paramedics, with proper gear have arrived to assist and liquidate the aftermath from the earthquake. Life is the most valuable thing," she wrote.
- On the morning of February 8, the Turkish Emergency Management reported 7,108 people killed in Turkey, and another 40,910 injured. Later it became known that the powerful earthquake in Turkey and Syria has already killed more than nine thousand people and their number is constantly growing in the course of rescue operations.
