Germany provides four APCs, IRIS-T air defense system to Ukraine
Germany has announced a new military aid package for Ukraine, which includes another IRIS-T air defense system, missiles for it, as well as armored personnel carriers and UAVs

This is reported in a statement on the German government's website.
The new package includes:
- IRIS-T SLM (long-range) air defense system;
- missiles for IRIS-T;
- air surveillance radar TRML-4D;
- 4 Armoured Personnel Carriers;
- 4 HX81 tank tractors;
- 4 tank trailers;
- 6 border guard vehicles;
- 8 Vector UAVs;
- 5 surface drones;
- 4 GO 12 counter-battery radars;
- M26 cluster munitions for HIMARS;
- 10,000 protective goggles.
It is indicated that for security reasons, the federal government is refraining from providing details on the modes of transport and dates until the transfer.
What was in previous German aid packages?
On October 10, Germany announced the supply of 10 Leopard 1 tanks, additional Patriot and IRIS-T air defense systems, and three Gepard anti-aircraft guns. On October 13, Germany announced an additional support package, which included first aid kits, backpacks, drone countermeasures, etc.
On October 20, Germany provided Ukraine with 3 Gepard anti-aircraft guns.
