Spiegel reported this.
According to the publication, the supply of infantry fighting vehicles can happen quickly, since the manufacturer has these old models in warehouses and they have already been repaired.
Models from the Bundeswehr warehouses can also be provided to Ukraine, which will later be replaced by new or repaired IFVs from industry.
The Bundeswehr could provide the necessary training for Ukrainian aircrews by analogy with artillery or air defense systems that have already been delivered. The army already has the corresponding plans, but there is a lack of a political solution.
In any case, the training can be activated at any time, according to Berlin.
