Russian troops kill elderly cyclist in Kherson by dropping explosives on him

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

“Russian troops continue to hunt Kherson residents from the sky. Another attack by an enemy UAV killed an elderly man,” Prokudin wrote.

According to him, the occupying Russian forces dropped explosives on the man when he was riding a bicycle on the street.

• On the night of October 9, Russian troops shelled a geriatric center in Kherson region. Two medical workers were injured in the attack.
