The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this.
At about 8 a.m., Russian troops hit a 9-story building and a private house. As a result, a 60-year-old woman was injured.
In addition, a 50-year-old civilian man who was working in his garden and another 83-year-old man were killed on the spot as a result of the hit on neighboring private households.
Later, the National Police clarified that, according to preliminary data, the Russian military struck with a unified interspecific gliding munition (UMPB), which is an air bomb.
The shelling destroyed the third entrance of the nine-story building. The roof of the second entrance was partially destroyed. Two residents were deblocked from their apartments.
Two other residents were injured.
As the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, later stated, "a 61-year-old woman was injured and hospitalized, her condition is moderate."
"A 44-year-old man was also injured," he added.
