Russian drone strike on Izmail kills three, wounds 14
Three people were killed in a Russian attack on Izmail, and another 14 were wounded, including three children
Ukraine's Office of the Prosecutor General reported the information.
“According to the investigation, on September 27, at night, the Russian Armed Forces carried out a massive UAV attack on the Danube area of the Odesa region. So far, three people have been killed and 14 injured, including three children: two boys aged 3 and 13 and a 14-year-old girl. Information about other victims is being clarified,” the statement said.
Under the procedural control of the Izmail District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Earlier, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported on the attack.He stated that the air defense forces engaged in a prolonged and intense operation.
“Unfortunately, three people were killed in the attack: two women born in 1934 and 1955, and a 73-year-old man. Eleven others were injured, including one child,” said Kiper.
Damage was caused to private and apartment buildings, outbuildings, and cars.

“Several fires broke out as a result of the attack, which were quickly extinguished by our firefighters. Law enforcement officers are documenting the consequences of the Russian terrorist attack. People are being provided with all the necessary assistance,” added the head of the Military Administration.-
On the night of September 27, the Russian army fired a missile at Dnipro, causing destruction and a fire at an industrial facility.
