France accelerates production of Caesar howitzers for Ukraine

This was announced by French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna during a speech at the Munich  Security Conference, Ukrinform reports.

She said that all European countries should adapt their economies to accelerated weapons production.

"You will receive additional Caesar systems soon, as we are now producing them faster," she said.

• The French Ministry of Defense announced the delivery of 12 Caesar self-propelled guns on January 31. They will be provided in addition to the 18 Caesar howitzers that the Ukrainian army received in May and June 2022.
