Yenin stated this on the air of the telethon.
"I want to note that their number is growing. For this, we have appointed responsible people from the State Border Service and the State Migration Service. They are responsible for the organized entry of volunteers into the territory of Ukraine. After that, they are directly taken care of by the Ministry of Defense. They sign an appropriate contract, receive a military ticket which replaces their residence permit. In the future, if such people among foreign citizens are interested in obtaining Ukrainian citizenship, then our legislation provides for such an opportunity for them", First Deputy Interior Minister Yevheniy Yenin said.
