Fight between Ukrainian and Russian armed forces breaks out in Kherson region
In the Kherson region, near the village of Dudchany, a battle between Ukrainian defenders and Russian invading troops broke out. Russian fighters retreated with losses as a result.

The incident was reported by the OC South in a video address.
"The situation in the operational zone in the direction of the Southern Buh River has not undergone any significant changes: it remains difficult, but controlled. The enemy is digging in defensive and trying to hold the occupied territories. In the afternoon, as a result of a fight between Ukrainian and Russian reconnaissance groups near Dudchany, the enemy, having suffered losses, retreated," says the report.
