Explosions were heard near the airfield in temporarily occupied Melitopol

This was reported by the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov.

"The Russian forces chose the Melitopol airfield as a permanent shelling area," he wrote on Telegram.

Fedorov added that a dozen explosions have already been heard near the airfield today. Information about losses is being clarified.
