Petro Andriushchenko, advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, reported the information.
He noted that Russian air defense was operating over two districts of the city.
"At the same time, the occupiers' aviation left from the direction of Rostov-on-Don. The strike is on the march, the level of anxiety is growing," added Andriushchenko.
On the night of August 29-30, Russian air defense systems were allegedly active in the temporarily occupied Sevastopoland Russia’s Moscow, Ryazan, Kaluga, Bryansk and Oryol regions.
On the morning of Wednesday, August 30, Russia accused Ukraine of attacking a TV tower in the Bryansk region with two drones. It also reported an explosion in the building of the Russian Investigative Committee.
