“The morning in the temporarily occupied city of Melitopol started with an explosion. At 6:45 a.m., residents residing in the northern districts heard a loud blast. Collaborating police and ambulance services immediately responded to the incident,” he informed.
Ivan Fedorov expressed his hope for positive updates.
