Every single Russian attack on Ukraine will have legal consequences - Zelenskyy

Zelenskyy said this in his evening video address. 

“This week we have achieved significant signals from our partners and concrete agreements on the inevitability of bringing Russia to justice for its aggression and terror against our state and people. Each Russian strike on Kharkiv and its region, on the Sumy and Donetsk regions, on Khmelnytskyi, Nikopol and every corner of our Ukraine will have specific legal consequences for the terrorist state,” the President of Ukraine said.

According to Zelenskyy, it is not just a full-scale invasion, but a war that has been going on since 2014.

“And this applies not only to the evil that Russia has brought since February 24, but also since 2014. We remember everything. We remember Ilovaisk, we remember the Donetsk airport, we remember the battles for Debaltseve and every attack against our people. We have to restore justice. And we will do it. We'll do it together with the entire civilized world,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a video address.
