"Every Russian soldier, officer, and official will personally answer for what he did" - Ukraine’s top prosecutor comments on Dnipro attack
Ukrainian Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin commented on the attack on Dnipro city on Saturday, January 14 when a Russian missile struck a nine-story apartment building

Prosecutors, law enforcement officers, and experts are already working at the crime scene in Dnipro city.
"We will not rest until we find and convict them all. Those who hide behind the excuse of "I was just following an order" by launching missiles into residential buildings.
