Luhansk Regional State Administration Sergiy Gaidai reported about this.

According to preliminary data, the evacuation transport did not reach Rubizhne due to Russian shelling. This morning, the Russians opened fire on the bus at the city entrance. There were no casualties, but the transport did not survive.

Also, according to Gaidai, 12 residents of Severodonetsk were successfully evacuated from the city and are heading to safer regions.

The head of the Regional State Administration also reports that fewer people are ready to evacuate. According to him, buses wait every morning for residents of the region, but they go to the railway stations half-empty.

"Popasna and Rubizhne, on the contrary, would like to leave, but the Russians do not let the locals go and systematically fire at our evacuation buses", writes Gaidai.

More than 60,000 civilians remain on the territory controlled by Ukraine in the Luhansk region.
