It is expected that at the end of the G7 summit in Hiroshima, the group will outline a firm commitment to independence from Russian nuclear energy sources.
The Hiroshima summit will take place on May 19. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy may attend it.
On May 8, the head of the President's Administration, Andriy Yermak, announced that the European Commission has submitted proposals for the 11th package of sanctions against Russia to the EU countries.
