No massive Russian missile attack on Ukraine will stop its partners from providing Kyiv with modern weapons.

This was stated by the President of the European Council Charles Michel after the massive missile attack on February 10.
"Russia’s indiscriminate attacks on Ukrainian cities are war crimes. This terror tactic will not deter Ukraine or its partners. The EU and it’s member states stand by Ukraine and all Ukrainians. And will further speed up the provision of military equipment, including air defence," he wrote.

- On February 10, the Russian army massively shelled Ukraine with missiles. A total of 71 missiles were fired, 61 of which were shot down by air defense systems.
- Last May, Michel, who was in Odesa at the time, had to hide from Russian missiles in a bomb shelter.
