EU to provide EUR 50 million to Ukraine to repair port infrastructure

President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen wrote this in the social network X.

“Despite the war, Ukraine keeps feeding the world. In this effort, you can count on the EU. We continue enhancing our Solidarity Lanes and will provide EUR 50 million to repair your port infrastructure,” she said. 

• On November 4, Ursula von der Leyen said that negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU could begin by the end of the year.
