This was announced by the Vice-Chancellor of the Estonian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Veiko Kommusaar, ERR reports.
The vice chancellor said that Estonia has no right to restrict the departure of Russians from the country, but if it becomes known that they took part in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, they will not be able to return.
"Estonia has not imposed any restrictions on the departure of Russian citizens from the country. However, if we find out that they went to war, they will not have the opportunity to return to Estonia," Kommusaar said.
