Erdogan says "grain agreement" showed possibility of diplomatic settlement of "differences" in Ukraine

He said this on Monday at 38th meeting of Standing Committee on Economic and Trade Cooperation (İSEDAK) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Anadolu reports.

At the same time, Turkish leader called Russia's invasion of Ukraine "disagreements".

"Grain agreement" and exchange of prisoners between Russian Federation and Ukraine proved possibility of diplomatic settlement of differences", Erdogan emphasized.

He noted that thanks to the "grain agreement" it became possible to export more than 11 million tons of agricultural products from the ports of Greater Odesa. The politician expressed hope that the extension of the "grain agreement" for 120 days will help residents of African countries to overcome problems in the food sector.
