Russian army loses 970 troops, 39 artillery systems, a tank in one day of war in Ukraine
On September 26, Russia’s occupying army lost at least 970 soldiers in Ukraine. Ukrainian defenders also destroyed 39 artillery systems and one Russian tank, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported

According to the update, Russia’s total combat losses from Feb. 24, 2022, to Sept. 27, 2025, are approximately:
