Power engineers plan to connect electricity for all consumers in Kyiv alternately, for 3 hours on November 25

This was announced by the mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko on Telegram.
According to him, a third of Kyiv's homes are already warm. Experts continue to restore heating in the capital.
However, half of the consumers are still without electricity.
"During the day, power engineers plan to connect electricity to all consumers alternately, for 3 hours," the mayor notes.
