Dynamo footballer’s anguish over parents’ fate in occupied Kherson, hopes for liberation
Dynamo football player Oleksandr Karavayev's parents are in occupied Kherson, he hopes for Ukrainian Armed Forces to liberate the city

Zorya Londonsk wrote about this on Twitter. Karavayev says his parents are OK so far.
"I am from Kherson, I was born there. Yes my family is there but they are OK. I look forward to the day our Armed Forces come to liberate the occupied areas. I worry about it every day, call them regularly, and hope peace comes quickly", said Oleksandr Karavayev.
Dynamo holds a series of charity matches in Europe. It defeated Turkey’s Galatasaray and Poland’s Legia. Both matches ended 3:1. It drew nil-nil with Romania’s Cluj.
On April 26 Dynamo defeated Borussia Dortmund with the score 3:2.
