During full-scale war, at least 441 Ukrainian children were killed

Russian forces have killed at least 441 children and injured more than 852 since February 24.

This is reported by the Prosecutor General's Office.

"As of the morning of December 2, 2022, more than 1,293 children were injured in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of Russia," the press service writes.

In particular, 441 children were killed and more than 852 were injured in various degrees of severity.

Most of the children were affected in the Donetsk region - 424, Kharkiv region - 266, Kyiv region - 117, Mykolaiv region - 77, as well as in the Zaporizhzhia region - 76, Kherson region - 70, Chernihiv region - 68, Luhansk region - 64, Dnipropetrovsk region - 33.

"These figures are not final, as work continues to establish them in places of active military operations, in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories," the prosecutor's office adds.

It is reported that by December 2, it is estimated that 12,472 children were deported and only 119 were returned.

In addition, as a result of the shelling of Russian troops, 2,719 educational institutions were damaged, of which 332 were completely destroyed.
