According to The Insider, citing the airport’s online departure board, the last flight landed at Pulkovo at 7 a.m., while the final takeoff was recorded at 6:10 a.m.

The governor of Leningrad Oblast announced via Telegram that a UAV threat had been declared in the region’s airspace, and a partial disruption of mobile internet signals was possible.

Later, he reported that air defense systems had reportedly shot down more than a dozen drones.

Media outlets also noted that a flight from Ufa to Pulkovo was diverted to Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport, where passengers have been held onboard for two hours with no access to anything but water.

  •  On July 27 drones targeted a power substation near a railway in the village of Oktyabrsky in Russia’s Volgograd region.
