Deputy Defense Minister explains purpose of Russian propaganda messages about Bakhmut
Hanna Maliar claimed that Russians are unable to psychologically influence Ukraine's decision-making regarding the Bakhmut direction and stated what the propaganda is aimed at
The Deputy Defense Minister wrote about this on Telegram.
"The enemy cannot exert any psychological influence on our command's decision-making concerning the Bakhmut direction, nor can they demoralize our fighters. Despite the fact that all the enemy's informational messages about the battles in Bakhmut are targeted towards achieving these goals," Hanna Maliar wrote.
Maliar emphasized the propaganda tools employed by the enemy, such as reports of their supposed victories and revelations about declassified plans and decisions of the leadership regarding Bakhmut.
“Upon analyzing these messages, it becomes apparent that the enemy is unable to create effective narratives, and their information appears to be experimental – they’re testing options. Let’s say, there are already ten versions of what Syrskyi reported to Zelenskyy and what decision was made," added the Deputy Minister of Defense.
