This is reported by European Pravda with reference to AFP.
"A complete ban on Russian visas by all EU members could be another very effective sanction", Lipavský said in a statement circulated among EU member states.
It is also noted that the country will discuss the issue at an informal meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, which will be held in Prague at the end of August.
"At the time of Russian aggression, when the Kremlin continues to escalate, there can be no question of ordinary tourism for Russian citizens", Lipavský noted.
