However, the so-called Crimean authorities have not released any official statements.

The head of the Joint Press Center of the Southern Defense Forces, Natalia Humeniuk, said on Radio Svoboda that the military airfield in the city of Dzhankoi in occupied Crimea is a "legitimate target" for Ukraine.

"In general, it is clear that this is a military airfield, i.e. a legitimate target, a relevant facility where army aviation was based, among other things. In addition, we know that during their stationing on the Crimean peninsula, using it as a powerful military hub, the Russians very often changed the positions of various units and relocated them in order to move them away from possible damage. But not all maneuvers were successful," says Humeniuk.

She also called for official information from the General Staff.

For reference. Dzhankoi is an operating military airfield in Crimea, where the 39th Helicopter Regiment of the 27th Mixed Aviation Division of the 4th Air Force and Air Defense Command of the Southern Military District and three aviation squadrons are stationed. There are also three aviation squadrons with Mi-8, Mi-35M, Mi-28, and Ka-52 aircraft.
