The US is coordinating the pressure of sanctions on Russia with partners in the EU, the G7, and other countries, and intends to increase pressure on Putin and prosecute all those who help him

The US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller shared the information, Ukrinform reports.
"We have coordinated with the EU on those sanctions, as we have with the EU on sanctions since the outset of this conflict," the US Department spokesman said when asked to comment on the EU's 12th package of restrictions against Russia.
Miller noted that the United States continues to work with the EU, the G7 and other partners around the world "to ensure that the sanctions are tightened." Furthermore, he highlighted the persistent efforts to bring to justice all those who try to circumvent international restrictions.
"And we’ll continue to do that," the State Department spokesman emphasized.
- On Monday, the EU approved the 12th sanctions package against Russia.
