Olha Harlan's Olympic saber to be auctioned for charity
The saber of two-time Olympic champion Olha Harlan, which she used to deliver the winning stab in the final of the team tournament of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, will be sold at a charity auction
This was announced by the Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation.
"This saber has already brought gold to Ukraine, and we will make sure that it is useful at the front!" the statement reads.
All the funds raised at the auction will be used to purchase ShaBlya automated turrets.
The competition for the prize from the Olympic champion will start on August 15 at 7:00 p.m. on Serhiy Prytula's Facebook and YouTube pages.
Additionally, the foundation has set up a separate fundraiser where a donation of UAH 200 or more will enter you into a drawing for a flag signed by Olha Harlan. The largest donor will receive a special prize — "Coffee with Olha Harlan."
