Kolomoiskyi has been held in the SBU detention center since September 2 on suspicion of fraud and money laundering. His previous preventive measure, which included bail of UAH 1.9 billion, is set to expire on June 2. As such, bail is not applicable to the new suspicion.
- It is worth noting that Kolomoiskyi was recently accused of ordering the murder of a legal company director as an act of personal revenge.
