Podolyak wrote about this on Twitter.
"The parties are actively expressing their positions, they have already been clarified. Communication is difficult, but it is going on", Podolyak wrote.
According to the adviser to the head of the OP, disagreements in communication arise because of the ultimatum approaches of the Russians.
"The reason for the disagreement is that we have very different political systems. Ukraine is a free dialogue in society and a mandatory consensus. Russia is an ultimate suppression of its own society", Podolyak explained.
Negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations continue via videoconference.
To remind, earlier Podolyak said that the Russians in the negotiations have ceased to speak ultimatums.
