The Sloviansk City Military Civilian Administration reported this on Facebook.
“Despite numerous calls to evacuate, 23 families with 34 orphans and children deprived of parental care remain in the Sloviansk community,” the statement says.
Thus, guardians who refuse to leave the Donetsk region will be deprived of their rights, and children will be evacuated forcibly. It is noted that it is possible to leave for free to a number of safer regions, including the Cherkasy and Lviv regions.
