The head of the State Border Guard Service, Serhii Deineko, said this in an interview with a Ukrainian media.
He answered the journalist's question about when Ukraine would gain control of the temporarily occupied Luhansk: "Last year, in October, I made a prediction that we would win this year, in October-November, no later. I am not changing it yet."
