"Invaders once again attacked unarmed civilians from heavy artillery against unarmed civilians in the city. There are dead and wounded people. Among the dead is a US citizen', the report says.
They report that they are helping to evacuate the victims to hospitals.
"Law enforcement officers carefully record all the circumstances and consequences of Russian war crimes", the police said.
