According to the Center for Countering Disinformation at Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, the Russians launched three major deceptions on November 1.

Disinformation: Russian Defense Minister Shoigu said: "The Kyiv regime, despite the supply of new types of NATO weapons, is being defeated. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are suffering losses, and the demoralization of the personnel is growing."

Manipulation: The pro-Russian TG channel Resident wrote: "The counteroffensive, although it was a disappointment for Ukraine and the West, will not be repeated by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the same scale."

Disinformation: Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Nebenzya, stated that "Ukraine had more than one opportunity to silence the guns. To do this, it was necessary, first of all, to stop the war against the civilian population of Donbas, which began more than 9 years ago, and to abandon the glorification of Nazi supporters."
