Center for Countering Disinformation publishes Russia’s fakes for November 3
The Center for Countering Disinformation has published a selection of fakes that the Russian Federation produced on November 3

According to the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, on November 3, the Russians launched three major deceptions.
Disinformation: Russian dictator V. Putin said that "Ukraine sells weapons to the Middle East, in particular to the Taliban."
Manipulation: The pro-Russian TG channel Resident wrote: "The end of unlimited financial aid to Ukraine could provoke a default and collapse of all financial institutions in the country, as well as the depreciation of the hryvnia - dependence on aid has become irreversible."
Disinformation: Russian Ambassador to Austria D. Lubinsky said: "We launched a military operation to end this war. It was a necessary step that could be called a kind of peacekeeping operation."
