Disinformation: "Ukraine has neither the strength nor the means to counterattack...that's why Washington allowed this leak...This is how the US is trying to disclaim its responsibility for the possible failure of the Armed Forces," said Russian military observer V. Litovkin.
Manipulation: The Russian Foreign Ministry claimed that the construction of a service center of the German arms manufacturer Rheinmetall in Romania would prolong the conflict and further escalate the already unprecedented military and political tensions in Europe.
"As for the Russian Federation, it is taking and will take the necessary measures to neutralize any threats to its security. No one should have any doubts about this."
Disinformation: "It is the United States that is responsible for the military-biological occupation of Ukraine... and the parliamentary commission of the Russia's State Duma concluded that the US military-biological project in Ukraine was part of a strategy to destroy its sovereignty," said Russian State Duma deputy I. Yarova.
